Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can easily return the item to us.
We offer a 45-day open purchase period from the day you receive the product.
To receive a full refund, the item must be:
• unused
• in original packaging
• in the same condition as when received
Return shipping is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. You will receive further instructions via email.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
You may open and test the product in a responsible manner. If the item has been used beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded (applies to the cheapest delivery option).
Complaints
All products purchased from Smart Life are covered by the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
You have the right to complain about faults and defects for:
• up to 2 years
• up to 5 years for products intended to last significantly longer (such as electronics)
If you experience problems with the product, please contact customer service with:
• a description of the fault
• photo or video documentation
Upon approved complaint, we offer repair, a new item, a price reduction, or a refund.
Complaints do not apply in cases of:
• improper use
• external damage
• normal wear and tear
Warranty
We also offer a 60-day warranty as an additional security measure.
The warranty does not affect your legal rights.
Price Match Guarantee
At Smart Life, you should always be confident that you are getting a good price.
If you find the same product cheaper at another Norwegian online store or physical store, we will match the price.
If the price of a product you purchased from us is reduced within 7 days, we will refund the price difference.
Terms for Price Match Guarantee
• The product must be identical (same model and specifications)
• The product must be in stock at the competitor
• The total price including shipping and fees must be lower
• Applies only to new items (not used or display models)
• Applies only to Norwegian stores with valid warranty and right to complain
• Does not apply to special offers, membership discounts, or clearance sales
• Applies only to purchases for private use
How to use the Price Match Guarantee
Contact customer service and include:
• Link or image showing the product and price
• Documentation of the total price (incl. shipping)
Once the request is approved, we will refund the price difference within 14 days.
Exchanging an Item
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model), you return the item according to the return conditions and place a new order.
Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Include:
• A description of the problem
• Photo or video documentation
We will ensure a quick and smooth resolution.
