Return of goods
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it to us and get your money back, minus the return shipping fee . You have the right to cancel for 45 days from the date you ordered the product, after this date it is not possible to return the product.
How to make a return:

You will receive your money back no later than 14 days after we have received your order.
If you want to return multiple products, e.g. clothes and a trampoline (over 20 kg), the most expensive return fee will always be charged. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that your returned goods reach us. Therefore, please note down the parcel ID when you send it from your post office, and ask for a receipt.
The return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you change your mind and want to return the entire order, you must contact customer service within 45 days of placing the order and inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. In such cases, you will also be refunded the shipping cost you paid when purchasing. This only applies if you chose the cheapest delivery method when you made the purchase. The return shipping cost must always be paid if you make a return, this also applies if you change your mind. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this at Klarna.no, or by calling Klarna on 21 01 89 91.
If your item is damaged, if you have not received a return label, or if you have other questions, you can always contact us via our customer service portal.
Replacing a product
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color or model, you must return the item according to the instructions above and place a new order for the item you want. Once we have processed your return, you will receive your money back, minus return shipping. See above for return policies and return shipping prices.
If you have used a discount code, volume discount or similar when purchasing, you must contact customer service to receive compensation so you can order again.
14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop at BUTIKKENDIN, you have the right to open and try on your item. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products. A fee may be deducted from your refund if the item is returned in a damaged condition. Read more about this below.
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item and get your money back. In accordance with the Norwegian Purchase Act, BUTIKKENDIN offers a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive your package.
Hygiene products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons. This includes, for example, breast pumps, infant formula machines, cosmetic products, underwear, etc. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products with a limited shelf life, and products that are classified as fresh goods. An exception is made for the return of nursing bras, where the bra has been tried on with nursing inserts.
When returning nursing bras, UV and swimwear, we ask that you return the item in its original packaging and in an unaltered condition. This means that the item must be unused, and that any labels and seals must still be attached. If the original packaging is damaged or destroyed, there will be a reduction in value, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Products in damaged condition
If the item has been used more than is required to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a price deduction, corresponding to the loss of value that has occurred in connection with the handling of the item. The loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The item must therefore be returned in the condition it was in when it was received. If the item is not returned in an unchanged condition, you must immediately contact customer service, who will assess whether a return can be made. If the item's original packaging is missing, a reduction in value will occur, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You have the opportunity to take advantage of this 60 days from the date of purchase.
365-day open purchase with unbroken packaging
As a customer at BUTIKKENDIN.no, you have a 365-day open purchase on goods with an unbroken seal. The packaging must not be damaged or destroyed in any way. If goods do not have packaging, but have been delivered loose in a package, all tags, stickers, labels, etc. must still be on the goods. The goods must be returned in a completely unchanged condition, and must not have been used.
Complaints
BUTIKKENDIN sells all items with a 60-day warranty.
If you have a complaint about your item, please contact our customer service. You will then be asked to send us a description of the item's defect, with clear photographic evidence, so that we can assist you in the process.
The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that were present on the product upon delivery. Manufacturing defects must be presented to, and verified by, BUTIKKENDIN. Depending on the situation, you may be offered a free repair, a new product, or a discount on the original price. The product warranty does not apply if we cannot find the defect on the product, or if you yourself are the one who caused the damage.
Price promise
Price promise – always low prices
Shop at low prices, and afford more fun with your family! We make sure you always get low prices when you shop at BUTIKKENDIN. But if you still find a product that is cheaper in another store, we will of course match the price – regardless of whether it is in another store or with us! Read more about our price promise below.
Price promise compared to competitors:
- The price increase applies to goods in all physical stores and online stores registered in Norway.
- You can claim the price increase within 7 days after you have completed your purchase, or before you place your order with us.
- Some products are sold exclusively at BUTIKKENDIN, and the prices of these items cannot therefore be compared to competitors. For these products, the price promise only applies to ourselves - see the next point.
Price promise in relation to BUTIKKENDIN.no
- You can also benefit from our price promise on BUTIKKENDIN's own site. We will refund the price difference if the price of the product you have purchased changes to a lower price.
- You can claim the price promise up to 7 days after your purchase.
Price promise requirements
Before applying for a price promise, we ask you to check that your product, price and business meet all of the following requirements:
- The price, including shipping and taxes, should be lower than in the other store.
- The product must be exactly the same (brand, type, model year and specifications) in the store you are comparing with.
- The product must be in stock at the store you are comparing with. The store must be able to deliver the product immediately, once SHOPPER checks the information.
- The product must be new and must not have been used as a display model or similar.
- The price increase does not apply in the event of bankruptcy, closure or other cases where you are not offered a warranty or right to a complaint after your purchase.
- The price increase does not apply to personal discounts, such as those you receive by being a member of a club or group, or by acting in a special way on Facebook or other media.
- The price increase is only valid for purchases of products for private use – not for resale. BUTIKKENDIN reserves the right to limit the price increase to one copy of each product, per customer.
How to get a price promise
Please contact our customer service via our customer service portal so that we can process your price promise request. Before submitting your message, please double-check that all requirements are met and that the documentation below is attached.
Documentation from online store:
- Screenshot showing date, product and price.
- Direct link to the product from the store where you found the product at a cheaper price.
- Calculation of the total price, which shows that the price, including shipping, taxes, etc., is lower overall in the store.
Documentation from physical store:
- Copy of advertisement, magazine or similar material showing the product, price and validity of the offer.
- The store's contact information so we can confirm your information.
We will refund the price difference to your account within 14 days after we have received and approved the price promise documentation.
