Organization number: 931217755

Buyer is the person who places the order.

Ordering

When the buyer has completed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email address. In the confirmation, the buyer will find information about the product(s), price, payment method and delivery address.

If there are any errors in the order confirmation, the buyer should contact the seller.

Delivery

The seller's standard delivery time is 3-5 days and also offers same-day delivery within Greater Oslo for selected products. The flat shipping price is 0 NOK, regardless of the number of products ordered.

In the event of delayed delivery (without the seller having informed of a longer delivery time), the buyer can contact us.

Prices

The prices, which are stated in the online store, are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.

Information about the total costs the buyer must pay, including product(s) and delivery costs, is provided in the ordering solution before the order is placed.

Examination of the item

When the buyer receives the goods, he or she is advised to examine them to a reasonable extent to see if they are in accordance with the order, if they have been damaged during transport or if they are otherwise defective. If the goods do not correspond to the order or are defective, the buyer must notify the seller in the event of a complaint.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act. The right of cancellation means that the buyer can return the item to the seller without reason, even if there is no defect in it and even if it has not been delivered. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item.

The notification from the buyer to the seller about exercising the right of withdrawal should be in writing for evidentiary purposes.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time. The seller is obliged to refund the full purchase price to the buyer within 14 days from the day the seller receives the goods. The seller cannot set fees for the buyer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The buyer can examine the product before he or she regrets the purchase.

Defects in the product – the buyer's rights and complaint period

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will claim the defect. The buyer has always made a complaint in time if this occurs within 2 months from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the goods or parts of them are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.

If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand the agreement be terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller.

Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

Correction or resubmission

The buyer can choose between demanding the defect be rectified or delivery of equivalent goods. The seller may, however, oppose the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Rectification or replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable time. The seller is not entitled to make more than two attempts to remedy the same defect.

Price reduction

The buyer may demand an appropriate price reduction if the goods are not repaired or replaced. This means that the ratio between the reduced and the agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the value of the goods in their defective and contractual condition. If special reasons justify it, the price reduction may instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.

Raising

If the goods are not corrected or replaced, the buyer may also cancel the purchase when the defect is not insignificant.

Conflict resolution

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer may contact the Consumer Council for assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation in the Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The decision of the Consumer Disputes Committee is legally binding four weeks after notification. Before the decision becomes legally binding, the parties may, by submitting a summons to the Consumer Disputes Committee, bring the decision before the district court.

Personal information

Unless the buyer agrees otherwise, the seller may only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data shall only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the agreement with the buyer, or in cases prescribed by law. The seller may only collect the buyer's social security number if there is a factual need for secure identification and such collection is necessary.

The buyer should be able to easily contact the seller, for example by telephone or email, if he or she has questions about the seller's use of personal data or if he or she wants the seller to delete or change the personal data.

Payment

The purchase price can be paid by bank or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Vipps or the payment solution Klarna Invoice or Klarna Partial Payment, at the buyer's own choice.
